I think its time that i plan myself ..
Just now Gaura called up to tell that there is a meeting. sometimes meetings are just messy.. doesn't solve the purpose , but then hoping it will be better as i am trying to establish and increase the communication level ..
We can try sometime and with the new organization restructuring , this assumes more importance.
